Camerahoarders has published a new review on the Sony NEX-6
. I would agree with the reviewer that the NEX-6 is the best NEX, at least for me. If your #1 priority is the image quality, you should also check out the Fuji X-E1
but as an overall package, NEX-6 is very competitive. At this price range, I would choose the Sony NEX-6, Fuji X-E1 and Olympus E-M5
as the top 3 cameras amongst mirrorless models. Check this review out!
Their conclusion: Sony NEX-6 is a very capable camera. Further upgrades are definitely wanted… faster AF, normal menu system… But judged where it matters most – image quality and overall handling, NEX-6 is a joy to use. The camera just felt natural in my hand, and rangefinder-styled EVF position proved once again to be ergonomically best solution. Sensor performance is splendid, amongst the best available from APS-C size. In fact, I would go as far to say this is the best NEX ever.
